To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of service disruptions, we will work diligently to restore access as quickly as possible. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into our services. We claim no ownership over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abode Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
